** THE MAGIC

This campaign, which was published in Germany as out-of-home and print ads, is outstanding not only because the courageous client gave us permission for this disruptive concept of selling luxury nut chocolate with the story of squirrels killing themselves. The magical thing about this campaign and one of the reasons for its success story, which continues to this day, is the fairytale-like, dreamy image effect that makes it authentic. We created this campaign as a piece of art, without the use of AI, CGI or post-production composing. The wallpaper, the crockery, even the bathmat - the entire interior was transformed piece by piece into a perfect squirrel home, printed and staged with a great stage set and passionate team. Even parts from the famous Augsburger Puppenkiste were used. The whole story was then perfectly captured by photographer Felix Holzer. You can feel that they are real, and this magic makes this campaign of squirrels committing suicide because all the nuts of the world are in the Seidl chocolate – immortal.
