Ilka is a creative leader who combines a big creative heart for unique ideas and execution with global strategies in passion and perfection for big brands. Ilka holds a BA in Graphic Design, as well as a Executive MBA in Creative Leadership (Berlin School of Creative Leadership, Steinbeis University), and has received the Michael Conrad Outstanding Thesis Award. Recently she gained a certificate in Sustainable and Innovative Global Leadership in Dubai, UAE.(Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University) as well.
She has led as Chief Creative Officer, Executive Creative Director and Creative Director for small creative hotshops, as well as for big international networks like TBWA, or SERVICEPLAN.
Especially as a woman in a leadership position - working more than 25 years in advertising, Ilka has always been driven by being a creative leader and remaining successfully without losing empathy. To be driven by creativity and emotional intelligence leads to better ideas, sustainable success and fulfillment is her credo.
